Gail Dooley, RN, BSN, is an Associate Life Coach through International Coaching Federation (ICF, ACC), a Certified Professional Life Coach through Professional Christian Coaching Institute, a Certified Clifton Strengths Champion, and Different Like Me Strengths Facilitator. She has a Cross-Cultural Ministries Certificate from Nazarene Theological Seminary and served as a missionary for 16 years. Gail is a mentor for Thrive International Missions, which serves to encourage missionary women. She is the owner of Embrace the Journey LLC, a coaching ministry.
Scott Dooley, MD, is a board certified Family Medicine Physician and has served in various roles as CEO/hospital administrator, medical director, board chair/member, advisor, and mentor. He is a Clifton Strengths Advocate, and Different Like Me Strengths Facilitator. He has a Cross-Cultural Ministries Certificate from Nazarene Theological Seminary and served as a missionary for 16 years. As an administrator his passion has been team decision making. He currently serves on the leadership team of Christian Healthcare Executive Collaboration (a ministry of Christian Medical Dental Association) and on the Advisory Board of Potter's House (a coffee house ministry of the Church of the Nazarene).
